Knowledge Management

Your tickets already know what your help center is missing.

Most support AI stops where your knowledge base stops. Aide classifies every conversation by intent, so it shows exactly where your knowledge falls short: the question no article answers, the doc that went stale when the product changed, the gap driving repeat tickets. Then it helps your team close them.Powered by the Customer Intent Engine, trained on your real conversations, not your KB, and the Continuous Learning Engine: gaps surface automatically, and your team reviews every improvement before it ships.

We currently use Zendesk and as such needed an AI solution that works with our existing CX platform and allows us to fully leverage our Shopify data to cut down support times and costs. Aide was a perfect fit as it integrates with both and seamlessly helped our agents get through tickets faster and automatically populates ticket fields on Zendesk!
Patchstore24Shopify
We have been working with Aide for some time now and they have been exceedingly responsive and helpful to our needs. Throughout the process, the Aide team has taken our feedback well and made this as smooth as possible.
Wicked ClothesShopify
Really great approach and strong answers out of the box. Ability to grow into your AI journey at your own pace starting with suggested responses, macro suggestions or precanned messages and then slowly automate once you're confident.

From ticket queue to knowledge base

What ticket-driven knowledge management looks like

Your help center was written once. Your product keeps changing, and your tickets record every place the two have drifted apart. The Customer Intent Engine reads that record: Aide resolves what it can and shows your team exactly what to write next.

A customer asks something your help center never covered. Aide answers from your other approved knowledge, the macros and custom instructions your team maintains, then flags the missing article as a coverage gap and suggests the draft that would close it.
Customer
Can I connect two storefronts to one account? I couldn't find anything about this in your docs.
Aide
Yes. You can connect up to three storefronts to a single account. Go to Settings, then Storefronts, and select Add storefront. Each storefront syncs its own catalog and order history, and you can switch between them from the top bar.
Answered from macros and custom instructions · Coverage gap flagged: no public article

The product changed and the doc did not. Aide answers from the current product data your team already updated, and the Continuous Learning Engine flags the stale article when tickets keep arriving on an intent that should be covered. Your team updates the doc once instead of answering the same question forever.
Customer
Your setup guide says to export reports from the Analytics tab, but there's no export button there anymore. Am I missing something?
Aide
You are not missing anything, that guide is out of date. Exports moved to Reports, then Download, in last month's update. Pick your date range, choose CSV or PDF, and the file arrives by email within a minute.
Answered from current product data · Stale article flagged for review

Aide drafts new articles from how your team actually resolved those conversations: the steps that worked, in the words customers used. Your team reviews, edits, and publishes. Nothing goes live on its own.
Customer
How do I set up the Slack integration so my team gets order alerts in our channel?
Aide
Go to Settings, then Integrations, and select Slack. Authorize your workspace, pick the channel for alerts, and choose which order events to send. Alerts start within a few minutes of connecting.
Article drafted from resolved conversations · Awaiting your review

API keys, configuration, error messages: the questions that stall AI limited to the knowledge base. Aide resolves them from your knowledge plus the customer's account context through the Customer Context Engine, then shows which technical topics need docs next, ranked by ticket volume.
Customer
I'm getting a 401 on every API call since yesterday. My key hasn't changed on my end.
Aide
Your API key expired yesterday: keys on your plan rotate every 90 days. A new key is already waiting in your dashboard under Developers, then API keys. Swap it into your integration and the 401s will stop immediately.
Resolved from docs and account context · Topic rising in tickets

Every AI answer draws from your help center, macros, and custom instructions, with sources shown through Action Trace. When an answer is wrong, you can trace it straight to the content that needs fixing.
Customer
Do you ship to Canada, and who covers the customs fees?
Aide
We ship to Canada. Duties and customs fees are the recipient's responsibility and are collected by the carrier at delivery. Standard delivery to Canada takes 5 to 8 business days from dispatch.
Sources: Shipping policy article · International orders macro

Aide imports your existing knowledge from Zendesk, Gorgias, Intercom, or HelpScout in one click. No rewriting, no migration project: the articles and macros your team already maintains are the starting point, and you are answering from them in days, not months.
Customer
What's your return policy for items bought during the holiday sale?
Aide
Holiday-sale purchases can be returned through January 31, an extended window from our standard 30 days. Start the return from your order page and a prepaid label is emailed to you right away.
Answered from imported help center · Source shown to your team
Aide is the agentic AI platform for customer experience. Every article draft is reviewed and published by your team, and every AI answer is grounded in the knowledge you approved. Nothing publishes on its own. Closing knowledge gaps is upstream work: the queue is not the goal, fewer tickets is the goal.

Knowledge you can trust in production

An AI that answers customers is only as good as what it answers from. Aide keeps every answer inside the knowledge your team approved, and shows exactly where each one came from.
Answers from approved knowledge onlyAide draws on your help center, macros, and custom instructions. It acts only when it is certain and escalates the rest to a person, so what it acts on, it gets right.
Test before you deployRun Aide against your real past conversations in Agent Simulator. Know your AI works before your customers find out it doesn't.
Never wonder what the AI did or whyAction Trace shows which article, macro, or instruction each answer drew from, per conversation. A wrong answer points straight to the content that needs fixing.
Get better every monthThe Continuous Learning Engine keeps analyzing resolved conversations. New patterns surface automatically, so month six's help center covers what month one's could not.
Getting started

Works with your existing stack

One click into your helpdesk, where your answers ship. Existing knowledge imports from Zendesk, Gorgias, Intercom, and HelpScout, so the articles and macros you already have are day-one material.

Frequently asked questions

No. Aide resolves intents using the knowledge your team maintains, and the Customer Intent Engine shows which intents lack coverage. Your help center stays the source of truth: Aide shows you exactly what to fix, then puts every fix to work in the next conversation.

The Customer Intent Engine classifies every conversation by intent, then maps those intents against your existing content. An intent with rising volume and no covering article is a coverage gap. An intent where tickets keep arriving despite an article usually means the article went stale. Both surface to your team automatically, with the evidence attached.

Yes. Aide drafts articles from how your team actually resolved those conversations: the steps that worked, in the language customers already used. Your team reviews, edits, and publishes. Nothing goes live without human review.

Your help center articles, macros, product catalogs, and custom instructions. Existing knowledge imports from Zendesk, Gorgias, Intercom, or HelpScout in one click, so what your team has already written is the starting point, not a rewrite.

Yes, and this is where AI limited to the knowledge base falls short: technical products change fast, docs drift, and the long tail never gets written down. Aide resolves technical questions from your knowledge plus the customer's account context, and intent analysis shows which technical topics need documentation next: API usage, configuration, error messages, ranked by volume.

You never have to wonder what the AI did or why. Action Trace shows which article, macro, or instruction each answer drew from, per conversation. When the approved knowledge does not cover a question, Aide escalates to your team instead of guessing.

Yes, and that is the point. The queue is not the goal, fewer tickets is the goal. Closing a knowledge gap is upstream work: the missing article gets written once, the stale doc gets fixed once, and the repeat tickets behind them stop arriving. The Continuous Learning Engine keeps surfacing the next gap, so month six is measurably better than month one.

In days, not months. Most teams connect their helpdesk and import their existing knowledge within 24 hours, then go live on their first intent within days. You expand coverage at your own pace.
